WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
All payments are non-refundable. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, made within 30 days of arrival for individual bookings or within 60 days for group bookings, forfeit full payment and deposit unless the unit can be re-rented. Refunds for re-rented nights are subject to a 10% cancellation fee for individual bookings or a 25% cancellation fee for group bookings.
DO YOU ALLOW PETS?
Unfortunately, we do not allow pets unless they are certified service animals.
HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN EACH ROOM ACCOMMODATE?
Each of our rooms can accommodate up to two people.
ARE LINENS AND TOWELS PROVIDED?
Yes, we do provide fresh linens and towels for each guest.
ARE THERE COMMUNAL SPACES?
Yes, our bathrooms, kitchens, dining rooms, and living rooms are shared by other guests on your floor unless you’ve booked the entire floor or house for your stay.
IS THERE WI-FI AVAILABLE?
Yes, there is free Wi-Fi available for you to use during your stay.
IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE?
There is street parking available although space is very limited and it is first come first serve.
