BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS The Master bedroom is on the top level and has a queen size bed, flat screen TV, many closets, a sofa couch and spacious sitting area. This room looks out to the front of the house with a view of San Francisco’s beautiful downtown skyline. There are 2 other bedrooms down the hallway,the middle room has a full size bed and the back room has a queen bed. Another spacious bedroom with a queen size bed is located in the front of the lower main level. For larger parties, consider a twin size rollaway bed and sofa bed. If 4 bedrooms isn’t quite big enough for your group, a great option is to add on the 3 bed/ 3.5 bath lower flat (at an additional cost) and then you have the entire home, garage, upper deck patio and lower backyard!
Two beautiful bathrooms are located on top level. Additional half bathroom is located on lower main level. The bathrooms are tiled with marble or porcelain tiles. They are fitted with european bath fixtures. The showers have frameless glass shower stalls.
KITCHEN AND DINING ROOM Cook in this BRAND NEW kitchen fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator with ice dispenser, Dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, cooking supplies, and spices. Host a dinner party in the stylish and spacious dining room, with high end dining table and fireplace.
LIVING ROOM HIGHLIGHTS Enjoy a relaxing afternoon or evening in the classic style living room or family room with sofa set, chandelier, fireplace and an intimate conversation area or watch a movie on the 50“ LCD flat panel HDTV. There is a beautiful front formal living room and dining room with a electric fireplace and large windows.
ATTRACTIONS The house is centrally located just a half block away from Alamo Square Park with its famous Victorian homes referred to as "Painted Ladies", (the show “Full House” was filmed here in the 1980‘s). The Park has a newly renovated playground for children and picnic areas. Several area attractions are close by including Haight-Ashbury, Golden Gate Park (The De Young Museum, Japanese Tea Garden, Stow Lake, Academy of Science), Fillmore Street, Japan Center and City Hall. Also walkable are many restaurants, coffee shops,nightlife and Yoshi’s Jazz Club.
PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION There are 4 different bus lines close by that take you to anywhere in the city easily, from downtown to the ocean.
RULES:
QUIET HOUR POLICY: QUIET HOURS are defined as hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM on weekdays and from 11:00 PM to 9:00 AM on weekends. No loud noises that could disturb the neighbors from quiet enjoyment of their homes are allowed during this time. Access to the decks is also not allowed during the quiet hours.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY - MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 10 People. Standard Occupancy is 8 people. The cost is $20/night per person if amount of people staying there is between standard and maximum occupancy. Event pricing takes place once occupancy level is greater than MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY at any given time. If more than MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY are in attendance at any given time, there will be an additional charge of $50.00 for each additional guest per day.
Minimum stay normally 4 nights March 1st- Oct 31st and 4 nights for winter. Please ask for exceptions. Holidays may require higher minimum stay requirement and raised fees.
