BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS Master suite bedroom has a queen size bed, TV, private bathroom, walk in closet and has a door that leads out to the backyard patio. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and also a door to access backyard. The 3rd bedroom is spacious, located on the ground level, downstairs from the other rooms. This bedroom has a queen size bed and even its own private full bathroom. For larger parties, consider a twin size rollaway or queen air mattress. You can also add the upper 4 bedroom/2.5 bath vacation rental called ‘Steiner Heights’.
Other than the two rooms with bathrooms there is also a full bathroom off of the hallway and the half bath is towards the front of flat. KITCHEN AND DINING ROOM Cook in this HIGH END kitchen fully equipped with a Viking stove, Viking refrigerator with ice dispenser, Dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffee maker, cooking supplies, and spices. Host a dinner party in the stylish and spacious dining room, with high end dining table and fireplace.

The house is centrally located 1 block from Alamo Square Park with its fabulous view of the city and a huge playground for children, tennis courts and picnic areas. Several area attractions are close by including Pacific Heights, Presidio Park, Japantown, Fillmore Street, and Golden Gate Bridge. Also walkable are several well-reviewed area restaurants, coffee shops and nightlife.
PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION There are 3 different bus lines close by that take you to anywhere in the city easily, from downtown to the ocean.
RULES:
QUIET HOUR POLICY: QUIET HOURS are defined as hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM on weekdays and from 11:00 PM to 9:00 AM on weekends. No loud noises that could disturb the neighbors from quiet enjoyment of their homes are allowed during this time. Access to the decks is also not allowed during the quiet hours.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY - MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 8 People. Standard Occupancy is 6 people. The cost is $20/night per person if amount of people staying there is between standard and maximum occupancy. Event pricing takes place once occupancy level is greater than MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY at any given time. If more than MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY are in attendance at any given time, there will be an additional charge of $50.00 for each additional guest per day.
Minimum stay normally 4 nights March 1st- Oct 31st and 4 nights for winter. Please ask for exceptions. Holidays may require higher minimum stay requirement and raised fees.
The house is very comfortable, clean, very well equipped and in a good location, good neighborhood. The Boutika was very efficient.
