The kitchen has a retro feel about it with checkered flooring, 3 refrigerators, and a decorative vintage water heater, but comes with all the modern amenities you would find at home. This includes a dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker.
Right off of the kitchen is the dining room- making entertaining and family meals a must!
GARDEN: There is a fabulous backyard and landscaped garden for your enjoyment! The backyard has a tiled area with seating and a BBQ grill for those who enjoy a good grilled steak as well as a grassy area where the kids can play.

This home is located in one of the most prestigious and sought-after neighborhoods in San Francisco- Pacific Heights.
RULES:
QUIET HOUR POLICY: QUIET HOURS are defined as hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM on weekdays and from 11:00 PM to 9:00 AM on weekends. No loud noises that could disturb the neighbors from quiet enjoyment of their homes are allowed during this time. Access to the decks is also not allowed during the quiet hours.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY - MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 13 People. Standard Occupancy is 10 people. The cost is $20/night per person if amount of people staying there is between standard and maximum occupancy. Event pricing takes place once occupancy level is greater than MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY at any given time. If more than MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY are in attendance at any given time, there will be an additional charge of $50.00 for each additional guest per day.
Minimum stay normally 5 nights March 1st- Oct 31st and 4 nights for winter. Please ask for exceptions. Holidays may require higher minimum stay requirement and raised fees.
We had a large family reunion in SF, and this home had all the rooms and living/dining spaces we needed. The kitchen is wonderfully equipped and we appreciated all the extra blankets/pillows/sheets available. There was even a playpen/cot that we used for our toddler to sleep in. Our main complaint is the house needs some updating. For the large number of bedrooms, there are only two bathrooms. The first floor bathroom is the more updated one and gets better hot water, which is unfortunate considering most of the bedrooms are on the second floor. The second floor bathroom is a little cramped and has almost no shelf space -- which is an issue if you're living with a pile of family members. Also, the doorknobs stick (my mother and aunt found themselves locked in their bedroom in the middle of the night and had to text someone to let them out.) Boutikia sent a repairman to fix the knobs, but the other knobs in the house are pretty loose/in need of repair. Lastly, although there are lovely lamps appointed in each bedroom -- due to how the furniture is arranged, you'll often find that there are no convenient outlets to plug them into! Despite the small inconveniences, my family and I had a great time there. The neighborhood is adorable. It's a quick walk to a great supermarket and all the restaurants/wine stores/shops of Fillmore street. The shops on Divisadero are more downscale, but they have great bars.
