BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS 4 Spacious Bedrooms, with a total of 5 Queen sized beds allow for many guests to sleep comfortably. There are 2 bedrooms on the 1st ground level and 2 bedrooms on 2nd level.
3 FULL bathrooms allow for an easy morning. Now everyone can have their own space to get ready for a big day (or night) out in the city.
KITCHEN AND DINING ROOM Cook in this HIGH END kitchen fully equipped with a Viking stove, Viking refrigerator with ice dispenser, Dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffee maker, cooking supplies, and spices. Host a dinner party in the stylish and spacious dining room, with high end dining table and fireplace.
LIVING ROOM HIGHLIGHTS The living room, kitchen, and dining room open up into each other allowing friends and family to cook and socialize together. This great room has plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy each others company.
ATTRACTIONS The house is centrally located, walking distance to the Golden Gate Park Panhandle, as well as Alamo Square Park. Nearby San Francisco attractions include Haight Ashbury, Golden Gate Park, Alamo Square Park, Hayes Valley, Castro, and Japantown. Also walkable are several well-reviewed area restaurants, coffee shops and nightlife.
PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION There are many different bus lines close by that take you to anywhere in the city easily, from downtown to the ocean.
RULES:
QUIET HOUR POLICY: QUIET HOURS are defined as hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM on weekdays and from 11:00 PM to 9:00 AM on weekends. No loud noises that could disturb the neighbors from quiet enjoyment of their homes are allowed during this time. Access to the decks is also not allowed during the quiet hours.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY - MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 12 People. Standard Occupancy is 8 people. The cost is $20/night per person if amount of people staying there is between standard and maximum occupancy. Event pricing takes place once occupancy level is greater than MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY at any given time. If more than MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY are in attendance at any given time, there will be an additional charge of $50.00 for each additional guest per day.
Minimum stay normally 4 nights March 1st- Oct 31st and 4 nights for winter. Please ask for exceptions. Holidays may require higher minimum stay requirement and raised fees.
This was a yearly family vacation andd our daughter,son,their spouses and 2 children (ages 1 and 3) and my husband and I shared the house.The house was beautiful and large enough that everyone had their own space.It was clean and furnished with all the basic needs.Any qustions we had were responded to quickly by Boutikia personnel. The home was located close to a great organic market,bakery and coffee shop.On Sunday there was a farmer's market in the next block that was fabulous for fresh produce,pasta,flowers,etc. Parking in the area was the only downside for family that came to visit us for dinner and the back yard area needed some TLC.I would highly recommend this house and Boutikia.
This is a great location with 4 full bedrooms, lots of local places to eat, Golden Gate park close by. There is only room for 6 -8 and even with 8, there are only six chairs for meals. While the parking is a hassle with the neighbor, a parking space is imperative because late at night there isn't any parking available on the street. The place is a little run down compared with the pictures (lights out, dirt, porches really dirty, bbq unusable, TV in front bedroom doesn't work). There was no service from the agency. The number of the sheet was wrong, when referred to new person, they only answer one of three texts.
I thought the home I stayed in was excellent and roomy and well-appointed. Services were very good. Location was exactly what I wanted.
We had a great time! Ten people in our group, the house was a good size, only drawback was some of the bedrooms are downstairs and one smelled like paint. Other than that it was great! Plenty of room to spread out and all the amenities you could want. Great location in San Francisco.
