BEDROOMS This penthouse, top floor flat has 4 bedrooms. There are 2 bedrooms in the back of the home and 2 towards the front. There is a total of 3 Queen size beds and 1 Full size bed.
BATHROOMS 2 Full Bathrooms in hallway are very convenient, yet private for all the bedrooms to access.
KITCHEN This fully stocked kitchen is bright with large windows and a view. There is a 4 burner stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and everything you need to cook! A built-in cabinet stocked with china and silverware is located between the kitchen and dining room.
DINING ROOM The formal dining room has a beautiful 8 seater mahogany table and chairs for you to enjoy a home cooked meal with your family and friends!
LIVING ROOM HIGHLIGHTS Original Fireplace, Comcast Digital Cable, Large Flat screen TV, Comfy Couches, Complementary WiFi to enjoy while you watch cable cars pass by up the block!

RULES:
QUIET HOUR POLICY: QUIET HOURS are defined as hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM on weekdays and from 11:00 PM to 9:00 AM on weekends. No loud noises that could disturb the neighbors from quiet enjoyment of their homes are allowed during this time. Access to the decks is also not allowed during the quiet hours.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY - MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 10 People. Standard Occupancy is 8 people. The cost is $20/night per person if amount of people staying there is between standard and maximum occupancy. Event pricing takes place once occupancy level is greater than MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY at any given time. If more than MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY are in attendance at any given time, there will be an additional charge of $50.00 for each additional guest per day.
Minimum stay normally 5 nights March 1st- Oct 31st and 4 nights for winter. Please ask for exceptions. Holidays may require higher minimum stay requirement and raised fees.
Communications with management co. were reliable. Apt was as advertised. A bit dated, but highly functional. Location was very good. It is not a luxurious property, but highly functional, spacious, and clean. Kitchen and bath supplies, towels, and laundry were available and quite functional.
We booked this appartment for a group of collegues staying in San Fransisco for a conference. It is ~25 minute walk to the Moscone Centre and perfect alternative to another hotel! We found everything to be great and very comfortable. The appartment was very large and we were able to entertain collegues nearly every night round the large dinning room table, which made a lovely change from keep eating out. The kitchen is well stocked and the herbs were lovely. The forth bedroom is quite a bit smaller than the others, but not a problem. I did not give the appartment five stars as the decor was a little tired in places and there were a few areas which needed sorting out, for example the socket cover missing in the dinning room. However, we will certainly return.
