BEDROOMS There are 3 bedrooms on the main floor all towards the back of the home. The master bedroom has a queen bed which is connected to the the 2nd bedroom which has a king bed and faces the lovely private backyard. This 2nd bedroom can only be accessed by walking through either of the other 2 bedrooms. Ajoined to this room is the 3rd bedroom has a king bed (with the option of making into 2 twins instead). Downstairs, nestled at the back of the 2 car garage, there is a private 4th bedroom with a queen sofa bed, television, full bathroom and doors that lead out to the home’s private large backyard!
BATHROOMS There is a split bathroom on the main level hallway-a shower,tub & sink in one room and the separate toilet is the next door off of the hallway. Downstairs, there is an additional 2nd full bathroom by the other bedroom past the garage.
KITCHEN Fully stocked kitchen with all the cooking supplies you could ever need to cook a special meal for your special someone. There is a double stove with 6 burners, dishwasher, and a small table and chairs in the kitchen, right off of the dining room area.
DINING ROOM Formal dining table seats up to 8 guests and opens into living room in the front of the home.

RULES:
QUIET HOUR POLICY: QUIET HOURS are defined as hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM on weekdays and from 11:00 PM to 9:00 AM on weekends. No loud noises that could disturb the neighbors from quiet enjoyment of their homes are allowed during this time. Access to the decks is also not allowed during the quiet hours.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY - MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 10 People. Standard Occupancy is 8 people. The cost is $20/night per person if amount of people staying there is between standard and maximum occupancy. Event pricing takes place once occupancy level is greater than MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY at any given time. If more than MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY are in attendance at any given time, there will be an additional charge of $50.00 for each additional guest per day.
*4 Night Minimum Stay. * 7 Night Minimum Stay during Thanksgiving & Christmas/New Years Dates. Please ask for exceptions. Holidays may require higher minimum stay requirement and raised fees.
The Marina Bella Property is an outstanding San Francisco home in a great neighborhood with everything you could need just a couple of blocks walk. The house is beautifully furnished and in excelent condition with reasonable neighborhood parking. The backyard was beautiful to sit in with the wonderful weather we had during my stay in May, 2012. Sri and Boutika made the rental of the property and easy and convienient I would recommend their service to everyone and definately rent from them again.
The house could not have been in a better place. My son & grandkids were down on the Marina all the way to Fort Point everyday. The Exploratorium around the corner was an unbelievable find. If you have children - ages 7 - 50 - they will love the area. The only problem I had was that I packed a lot because we knew we would be using the kitchen extensively but there was no room in the cabinets.
Very brief review - this was a perfect house for our party of 5. Location is great and the one brief moment we had any issue we literally heard back from the owners within minutes and the situation was sorted out. Great kitchen - ample room for the whole family. Loved it.
