BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS The master bedroom with a queen size bed is on the main floor. The lower floor has 3 bedrooms, one with a king size bed and private kitchen, another bedroom has a queen and the 3rd bedroom has a queen size bed as well as a trundle bed with the option of 1 or 2 twin size beds. For larger parties, consider using a sleeper couch that pulls out into a queen sized bed. Two of the bedrooms step out into the beautifully tiled patio. Stroll in the lovely garden and relax on the patio with a book in the afternoons.
The three beautiful bathrooms have been constructed with exquisite taste. They are elegant and private. The bathrooms feature expensive marble an travertine finishes. They are fitted with european bath fixtures. The showers have frameless glass shower stalls. One bathroom has a jetted jacuzzi tubs ideal for your relaxation after a long outing. Another victorian style bathroom has an authentic cast-iron claw foot tub for your bathing pleasure.
KITCHEN AND DINING ROOM Cook in this high end kitchen fully equipped with a pro-series stainless steel Thermador range, 36’’ Subzero refrigerator with ice dispenser, Bosch Dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffee maker, cooking supplies, and spices. Sip your morning coffee at the sun filled deck right off the kitchen. Host a dinner party in the dining room with paneled wood, fireplace and jaw dropping beauty only found in the best of victorian homes. It has a mahogany dining table with 8 chairs. It can fit an additional 2 chairs if needed.
LIVING ROOM HIGHLIGHTS Enjoy a lazy afternoon or evening in the classic style living room with antique style furniture, chandelier, fireplace and have an intimate conversation area in front of turret windows. Watch a movie from our DVD library on the 50“ Plasma flat panel HDTV. Record you favorite TV shows with our TiVo when you are busy sightseeing. Whatever you do, don’t fight for the remote since there are 3 more TVs in the home.
ATTRACTIONS The house is centrally located, within walking distance from Alamo Square with its famous view of the row houses, "painted ladies" and recently renovated playground for children. Several area attractions are close by including Haight-Ashbury, Golden Gate Park, Castro district, Japantown, de Young museum, Fillmore Street, and City Hall. Also walkable are several well-reviewed area restaurants, coffee shops and nightlife.
PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION There are 4 different bus lines close by that take you to anywhere in the city easily, from downtown to the ocean.
RULES:
QUIET HOUR POLICY: QUIET HOURS are defined as hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM on weekdays and from 11:00 PM to 9:00 AM on weekends. No loud noises that could disturb the neighbors from quiet enjoyment of their homes are allowed during this time. Access to the decks is also not allowed during the quiet hours.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY - MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 10 People. Standard Occupancy is 8 people. The cost is $20/night per person if amount of people staying there is between standard and maximum occupancy. Event pricing takes place once occupancy level is greater than MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY at any given time. If more than MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY are in attendance at any given time, there will be an additional charge of $50.00 for each additional guest per day.
Minimum stay normally 5 nights March 1st- Oct 31st and 4 nights for winter. Please ask for exceptions. Holidays may require higher minimum stay requirement and raised fees.
Our stay at the Broderick Royale was very comfortable and memorable. The home was beautiful and fully equipt with all the amenedies need for a pleasant stay. Bedroom were spacious and bed very comfortable. I would definatly stay at a Boutikia vacation home again. Thank you Boutikia for the best birthday I every had
i rented the property for my son's wedding.we stayed there for 4 days.rooms r so comfortable.bathrooms were neat.great living room.very spacious dining and kitchen with all the amenties.siri provided us all the linens towels and toileteries.......... nisha and siri are wonderful people.they made are stay very confortable,always ready to help. thank you guys for everything would love to rent it again...... nina & gurudev
We enjoyed the modern kitchen and propane grill. The kitchen was fully stocked with any pots, pans, and cooking utensils you could need. It was very clean and nicely decorated. The upstairs bathroom is very nice, with a great jacuzzi bathtub. We would have liked a few more towels since we stayed four nights. There is a good view of the city from two outside porches. Overall the furnishings, bathrooms, beds, and a nice flat-screen cable TV (with a DVD player and movies) made it a really comfortable vacation home. Thanks Sri!
Your house made for a wonderful SF memory. I came with my 2 daughters, sons-in-laws, my mother and 4 grandkids. Since we all live in different places, it was a great meeting place. The house was very roomy and everyone slept well (except the early morning wake-up of the little boys!!). We were impressed with the decor and the bathroom fixtures. It was a very quiet neighborhood. We loved the modern kitchen, and it served us well. All in all, it's a house you can relax in and we managed to use every room except the "Zen Room". Sri and Nisha were very helpful.
This is a perfect place to spend your days in San Francisco just like the locals do. This house embodies the character and charm of this beautiful city. It is tastefully decorated. Everything that you see in this place is top notch. From the 12 foot ceilings to the beautiful furniture to the amenities in the house are all very thought out and well done.
