UTILITIES INCLUDED are what you would expect in a rental! You will always have hot water, heat, electricity, trash service. If you decide you want to stay over a month, we will take care of the taxes, water, and trash. For month or longer stays, gas and electric is not included.
LUXURY UTILITIES are included in all of our rentals. This means that you will have full cable, high speed wireless interenet, and (in most units) free local telephone calls. These luxury utilities are also included in the rental price if you decide to stay over 1 month!
PARKING can be a huge pain in San Francisco. Although we highly recommend our visitors to not use a car in the city, if you have a car we can help you park it. At most of our homes we have onsite parking. If we do not offer parking at a particular home, we will let you knw about neighborhood garages and where to get the best deal!
HOME OFFICE SET UP is available at an additional cost if you are here on businees (or if you just need it). This means we will set up a printer, scanner, copier, and fax all on a fully functional desk.
DAILY OR WEEKLY MAID SERVICE is available at an additonal cost. Please inquire!
AIRPORT TRANSFER advice is readily given! We have a great towncar/ limo driver reference that we would gladly share with you!
LONG TERM AND SHORT TEREM STAY OPTIONS are available. We take reservations for as short at 4 nights (during the winter) and as long as 6 months! We would love to have you stay at our home no matter what length of stay you decide!
